PPHE Hotel Group has expanded its digital transformation strategy through a new partnership with hospitality technology provider Hudini, rolling out integrated solutions across 17 of its European properties.
The collaboration supports PPHE’s goal of combining
technology with personalised service to enhance operational efficiency and
improve the guest experience.
The partnership began with a single solution and has since
expanded into a wider suite of guest and staff-facing digital tools.
The rollout includes a guest web app, mobile digital room
keys, self-service kiosks, staff communication tools and real-time guest
messaging.
The platform also allows guests to create personalised
itineraries covering dining, wellness and hotel services based on individual
preferences.
PPHE said the integrated system is designed to streamline
hotel operations, improve coordination between teams and deliver a more
seamless and responsive guest journey across all touchpoints.
Hudini was selected for its ability to unify multiple
operational and guest services within a single scalable platform, while
supporting PPHE’s multi-brand portfolio across different markets.
Its compatibility with existing technologies, including AI
and data systems, also played a key role in the decision.
The guest web app is already live across 15 of the 17
participating hotels, while the first self-service kiosk has been launched at
Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London.
The rollout forms part of PPHE’s wider strategy to modernise hotel operations and enhance digital engagement across its European portfolio.
