Eurodia Industrie, a global specialist in industrial liquid extraction and purification technologies, has secured an €18 million ($20 million) minority investment from Starquest Capital and Yotta Capital Partners to support its international expansion and industrial scale-up.
Founded in 1988, Eurodia develops customised processes to
extract, separate, purify, concentrate and recover components from complex
liquids.
Its technologies, including electrodialysis, chromatography,
adsorption, ion exchange resins and membrane filtration, help industries reduce
carbon emissions, improve resource efficiency and transition toward more
sustainable production models.
The company’s solutions address major industrial challenges,
including direct lithium extraction and recycling, process electrification,
mineral recovery, water and energy savings, CO₂ capture and biobased chemistry.
Eurodia has deployed
more than 450 industrial installations across over 50 countries, with 80 per
cent of its revenue generated internationally.
Driven by growing demand and larger industrial projects,
Eurodia’s revenue increased from approximately €34 million in 2023 to €80
million in 2025.
The new funding will strengthen its ability to deliver
large-scale projects and accelerate global growth.
Starquest Capital and Yotta Capital Partners, both investing
through EU SFDR Article 9 funds, will support Eurodia’s ambition to advance
more efficient, circular and lower-carbon industrial processes worldwide.
Mathieu Bailly, President, Eurodia Industrie, said: "We
are delighted to partner with Starquest Capital and Yotta Capital Partners, who
share our group's values and vision. Backing from such leading players in the
eco-energy transition is a powerful endorsement. The growing number and scale
of projects in this sector confirm the market's strong momentum and fuel our
ambition. This partnership will support our rapid growth while maintaining the
excellence, innovation and professional approach that have earned Eurodia its
reputation with clients over many years."
Vincent Deltrieu, Managing Partner, Yotta Capital Partners,
said: "Over the past few years, Eurodia has proven the value of its
high-tech solutions in tackling key industrial decarbonisation challenges,
demonstrating excellent project execution on a large scale, such as the DLE
deployment at the Salar del Rincón with Rio Tinto. This partnership also
illustrates how French technology can secure access to critical materials for the
energy transition. We are proud to support Eurodia in this next chapter of its
history." Mathilde Andrier, Investment Director, Starquest Capital
"Eurodia perfectly exemplifies the kind of industrial growth path we want
to support at Yotta Growth Industry. The company has achieved remarkable growth
and is now scaling up in deep, rapidly accelerating markets, offering solutions
that directly contribute to the decarbonisation and transformation of industry.
Our goal is to support Eurodia's teams through this next phase by leveraging
our experience in scaling innovative industrial businesses." -OGN/TradeArabia News Service
