Dammam Airports Company has secured six international accreditations from Airports Council International (ACI), covering accessibility, health and safety, and customer experience.
The recognitions were presented during the 2026 ACI World
Airport Experience Summit in Istanbul.
King Fahd, Al-Ahsa and Al Qaisumah international airports
each received Level 1 accessibility accreditation, reflecting efforts to
provide inclusive facilities and services.
King Fahd International Airport also earned health and
safety accreditation for meeting global operational standards.
Meanwhile, Al-Ahsa and Al Qaisumah airports received Level 1
customer experience accreditation, recognising improvements to passenger
services.
The awards highlight Dammam Airports’ alignment with
