Paperworld Middle East postponed to September 2027

Messe Frankfurt Middle East, organiser of Paperworld Middle East, the region’s leading international trade platform for paper and stationery products, has announced the postponement of the upcoming edition.

Originally scheduled for October 13 to 15, 2026 at Dubai World Trade Centre, the event will now take place from September 28-30, 2027.

The decision follows extensive discussions with the industry and careful assessment of the challenges currently facing the paper and stationery industry, including constraints around production lead times and issues across freight and logistics.

Teresa Heitor, Portfolio Director, Messe Frankfurt Middle East, said: “We fully recognise the significance of this decision, as Paperworld Middle East plays an important role in bringing the paper and stationery industry together, and we are responsible for ensuring it does so under conditions that enable our exhibitors, partners, and visitors to achieve meaningful results.

“After listening closely to our customers and industry partners, we believe postponing the event is the right decision. Our focus now turns to Paperworld Middle East 2027 and ensuring we provide the strongest possible platform for regional and international participation, sourcing, distribution and long-term commercial partnerships.

“We remain fully committed to the show and to the businesses and partners that have supported its development over the past 15 editions.”

Messe Frankfurt Middle East looks forward to welcoming the industry to Paperworld Middle East in 2027, while continuing to bring the global community together at Beautyworld Dubai and Automechanika Dubai later this year, and at Intersec Global in early 2027.

Paperworld Middle East, the region’s definitive trade platform for paper and stationery products, translates regional demand and industry innovation into real business opportunities, positioning itself as a key destination for sourcing, distribution, and long-term commercial partnerships.
