Kingdom Holding wins top brand award

Riyadh, December 24, 2013

Kingdom Holding Company (KHC), chaired by Prince Alwaleed, was awarded among the “Top 100 Saudi Brands” for the year 2013 by Alwatan Newspaper recently at a ceremony in Riyadh.

The “Top 100 Saudi Brands” award was presented by Dr Abdulaziz Bin Mohieddin Khoja, Minister of Culture and Information and received by Fahad Bin Saad Bin Nafel, executive assistant to Prince Alwaleed.

Kingdom Holding Company is the first and only holding company to be awarded in its category, a statement said.

The event was attended by the guest of honor Prince Bandar Bin Khalid Alfaisal Alsaud, chairman of Alwatan Newspaper, royals, VIPs, dignitaries, representatives of international, local and regional media.

Founded in 1980, KHC is a publicly traded company which was listed on Tadawul (the Saudi Stock Exchange) in 2007.

KHC’s portfolio has its major interests in investment categories ranging from luxury hotels and real estate to media and publishing, among others. – TradeArabia News Service
