50pc of Beach Towers apartments sold

Abu Dhabi, October 13, 2007

Al Badie Group (ABG) Property Development has confirmed that 50 per cent of their 26-storey Beach Towers, located on Reem Island Abu Dhabi, have already been sold out.

This comes two and a half years before the scheduled completion of the development, said an Al Badie official.

The $190million project is currently in the pre-launch phase and exclusive sales agent, Cornerstone, has already sold 50 per cent of the 371 units.

Sixty per cent of the sold units have been purchased by end users and the remaining 40 per cent have been purchased by investors. The majority of the buyers hail from the UK, followed by Middle East, the US, Canada, Asian, UAE, and North Africa.

The company has also announced that it will participate in this year's Cityscape Dubai, taking place in Dubai from October 16 to 18, joining the ranks of the region's other major real estate players at the three-day show.

"Cityscape will further raise the profile of our development to consumers and property investors directly. As Abu Dhabians, we must work to attract the right kind of investors to our Emirate, helping to build and support our long-term economic development and bring sustainable benefits for all the community," said president of ABG Mohamed Jo'an Al Badie. - TradeArabia News Service
