Salalah, November 26, 2013

Anzyma, a leading digital signage solution experts in Oman, has provided high-tech digital network to the Salalah College of Applied Sciences campus.

With a wide variety of campus information and community activities to promote, simplifying the flow of information was vital to the internal communications framework at the campus, said a statement.

Costy Berberi, GM, Anzyma, said: “We are proud to present Salalah College of Applied Science with new-age digital solution that facilitates communication within the campus. The college, known for its various academic and honours educational courses, witness high enrolment of students. This makes it imperative to have a communication infrastructure that simplifies the flow of information, promotes community activities and benefits the students.”

Anzyma created a digital network consisting of multiple screens, placed across the main walk ways of the college.

“The Scala Content Manager centrally controls the multiple screens and provides a very flexible platform for the system administrator at the college to build new templates and graphics for the digital signage network. Digital signage breaks through the clutter, grabs the attention of the students and accesses virtually any data source to deliver relevant information, from lunch menus to messages from the administration, to even emergency messages,” said Berberi.

“The newly installed digital screens combined with the  information bulletinand online advertising strengthens the communications platform of the college,” said Mohammed Rafeet, head of IT, Salalah College of Applied Science. - TradeArabia News Service
