Burjeel Hospital, a leading tertiary care facility in Abu Dhabi, has opened its new medical centre – Burjeel Medical Centre (BMC).

 

The new centre is located at the ground floor of the Deerfields Townsquare Mall in Al Bahia, Abu Dhabi, adjacent to the mall’s main entrance, said a statement.

 

It is an extension of the hospital to expand its quality of healthcare service to the residents of Al Bahia and its neighbouring areas, it said.

With the opening of the new primary centre, we are confident that it will provide our guests easy access to topnotch healthcare within the vicinity of their homes, a comforting ambience, full of warmth and personalized attention.”

The centre offers many specialty services such as internal medicine, family medicine, paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology, ophthalmology, general surgery, dental, orthopaedics, cardiology, ENT and dermatology. 

 

It also hosts special physician visits in specialties such as neurology, urology, nephrology, and pulmonology. 

 

In support of the Health Authority – Abu Dhabi (HAAD) initiative, the centre also provides the Weqaya screening programme to help families live healthy, active lives, ensuring a long, happy future. 

 

The programme provides access and explanation to guest’s personal health reports and screening results for a better understanding of one’s health status. - TradeArabia News Service
