RTA honours employees

The corporate support services sector of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has honoured its distinguished employees in Dubai.

Abdulla Al Madani, CEO of the corporate support services praised the tireless efforts of the efforts who were honored highly rating their roles in accomplishing the achievements and making the corporate support services a success, describing the reward as a fruit the employees reap as a result of their loyalty and commitment to do their jobs confirming the others' roles who have not been honored this time for there will be plenty of opportunities ahead and challenges where they can prove their capabilities.

Al Madani initiated his speech with the importance of achievements the departments of the Sector had made where he explained that the total number of the Sector's employees is 317 working for ten departments: chairman's office, unified card systems, administrative services, project and logistic support, marketing and corporate communication, procurement, finance, it, human resources and development (hr&d).

He explained that the strategic department had prepared a report about the mysterious shoppers showing that the corporate support services sector placed first by 83 per cent, while the sector placed third in terms of the telephone calls by 73 per cent. as for the instructions received from the chairman's office, it placed second with 1554 instructions by 29 per cent, while the delay marked 0 per cent.

He added that the success any organisation achieves is ensured through constant reward of the employees that in turn will lead to create broad horizons for more successes to come between the leaders and their employees, which will create an atmosphere of harmony and connection among all for the interest of workflow.-TradeArabia News Service
