Flydubai, Dubai’s innovative low-cost airline, has added another destination in Saudi Arabia to its network, with two weekly flights to Ha’il, starting February 13.

Ha’il, which is an oasis city in Nejd in the north west of the country, contributes to a large percentage of the Kingdom's wheat, date and fruit production.

The start of this service reaffirms our commitment to serve regional airports with direct flights to Dubai. We look forward to serving passengers from Ha’il, which is becoming increasing important to the Kingdom’s economy.”

Flydubai first launched services to Saudi Arabia in November 2010, and now serves Riyadh, Jeddah, Abha Yanbu, Dammam, Gassim, Tabuk and Taif.

The airline’s network spans more than 50 destinations in 32 countries across the Middle East, Africa, Indian Subcontinent, Asia and Central & Eastern Europe.

Round trip fares from Dubai to Ha’il start at Dh1,000 ($272.29) and fares from Ha’il to Dubai start at SR1,040.

Fares include one piece of hand luggage weighing up to 7kg and one small laptop bag or hand bag. Checked baggage starts at Dh50 ($14) for 20kgs. A seat with extra legroom costs Dh100 ($28) extra. – TradeArabia News Service
