A leading Dubai-based property developer, Memon Investments, will expand its presence in the regional property market by offering a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, mixed-use, retail and community development in prime locations in the UAE and GCC, said a top company official.

The Dh80 million ($21.7 million) development located in Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO) has received overwhelming response
following its launch in the Middle East and road shows in Europe and Asia, Memon Investments managing director Ahmed Shaikhani said.

Cambridge Business Centre, which is set for completion in 2009, has been designed by the award-winning architectural and engineering firm, Eng. Adnan Saffarini Office and features classic British architecture combined with progressive engineering and architectural acumen.

Presenting an innovative fusion of luxury and functionality, the 10-storey tower will house 108 distinctively designed small, medium and large offices boasting of advanced facilities such as Wi-Fi technology, keyless entry, mood lighting and hi-speed internet connection amongst others, he noted.

The commercial tenants will have a choice of 11 retail shops comprising renowned lifestyle brands, cafes and restaurants, banking facilities and a travel agency, he added.

It has a fully-serviced rooftop health club that includes a communal swimming pool, steam and sauna, juice bar and separate gyms for men and women.

'With a burgeoning economy and tremendous development projects across industrial sectors, Dubai has been a very attractive market for high-value property portfolios.'

'We are poised to leverage this boom and the corresponding increased demand for commercial spaces by offering Cambridge Business Centre, which combines top-of-the-line business facilities and luxurious lifestyle amenities.

The fast sellout of our first commercial tower shows that we have earned a high-level of confidence from investors, agents and end-users for the exceptional quality of our property offerings,' Shaikhani observed.

'The project’s strategic location in DSO has also helped enhance its appeal whilst the tower’s excellent architecture has drawn a lot of interest. As part of our marketing initiatives, we organized road shows and other events to give potential investors the opportunity to explore the outstanding features offered by Cambridge Business Centre,' added Shaikhani.
