Show apartments launched

Dubai, June 27, 2007

Sabban Property Investments is teaming up with THE One for complete interior decoration of one and two-bedroom units.

Sabban Property Investments launched the first-ever ‘Show Apartments’ of its luxurious residential development, Sabban Towers, to provide current and potential buyers the opportunity to view two fully-furnished one and two-bedroom units.

The developer has partnered with THE One, a global home fashion brand, for the entire design of the units’ interiors including furniture, lighting and accessories.

Current and potential investors can pre-book with LifeStyle Homes and Properties, the developer’s dedicated real estate agency, to visit the show apartments, which will remain open until the completion of the entire QR1 billion property in the first quarter of 2008.

With the Sabban Towers’ location on The Pearl-Qatar, the one and two-bedroom show apartments provide panoramic views of the marina and the sea and have been completely decorated and furnished by THE One from the wall coverings to the choice of furniture and accessories.

The show apartments give visitors a glimpse of the luxurious residential spaces in the Sabban Towers, which will all feature pre-fitted state-of-the-art home appliances from Samsung and silent system drawer slide technology along with the latest innovations for home fixtures.

As a part of SPI’s Environmental policy, all units will utilize energy-efficient light bulbs and all appliances are Grade-A energy efficient. This is in keeping with SPI’s recent announcement that Sabban Towers are the first Carbon Neutral development in the Middle East.

Commenting on the opening of its Show Apartments, Arron Browne, sales and marketing manager, Sabban Property Investments, said:

“As a pioneering developer in the industry, we are proud to launch these show apartments for the Sabban Towers development, which will allow visitors to envision the opulence of their apartments.

“This is a part of our customer-centric approach, which has included innovative payment schemes, Open House events and carbon offsetting programs, in order to meet clients’ needs by providing luxurious residential options whilst promoting ecologically-sound real estate development.

“THE One as a reputed leader in home fashion was a natural choice, and we have given its team free rein in the interior decoration of the show apartments. All the units in the prestigious Sabban Towers have been carefully planned, and visitors can take inspiration on how to make the best use of the well-designed space with the latest concepts for home interiors,” added Browne.

Residents of the Sabban Towers can also expect extra privileges as SPI and THE One will be announcing exclusive offers that they can benefit from at their Doha Theatre, which has a wide selection of unique home fashion items. Clients who will be pre-booking with LifeStyle Homes for the visit will be transported to the show apartments through a well-planned route, which is clear of construction obstacles.

Gaby Salome, store manager, THE One, Qatar, said:

“SPI and THE One share an affinity as socially responsible corporate citizens with our commitment towards changing the world for the better. As the leading home fashion retailer, we are glad to partner with SPI, which shares our well-known standards for quality and excellence.

“SPI has been a trendsetter in the property industry in Qatar and joining with us in furnishing the showcase apartments of its unique development on The Pearl-Qatar is another reflection of their keen interest to maintain this position.”
