Dubai , November 12, 2007

Memon Investments, a leading Dubai-based property developer, has sold all the units in its Dh145 million ($39.5 million) Champions Tower III.

Strategically situated in Dubai Sports City, the residential tower project generated huge interest from investors in regional and international markets. The developer attributes the overwhelming success to its extensive pre and post launch marketing campaigns held throughout Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

Champions Tower III's high-tech functionality and contemporary architectural design has caught the investors' and end-users' attention. Envisioned by the prestigious award-winning architectural and engineering firm, Adnan Saffarini Office, the 16-storey residential tower offers a choice of 256 elegant units comprising of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments.

In addition, the tower also boasts a fully-serviced health club, communal swimming pool, rooftop juice bar, steam and sauna facilities as well as separate fitness gyms for both men and women.

With a total built-up area of 250,000 sq ft, Champions Tower III's features include a spacious fine marble lobby, 3 high-speed elevators, basement parking, covered parking on the ground floor, concierge and valet parking services, 24-hour manned security and an in-house maintenance team.

World-class stadiums and academies, educational, religious and healthcare facilities, as well as posh restaurants and cafés and a sports-themed shopping mall in the gated community are all at walking distance from the luxurious residential property.

'The response we generated for Champions Tower III speaks of the level of investor confidence in the Memon brand and in the viability of our projects, which was proven by achieving a sold out status within months of its launch,' said managing director, Memon Investments, Ahmed Shaikhani.

'As developers, we ensure that our properties are exceptional in terms of design, quality and location, and thus, offer premium returns for our investors and end-users. Our intensive sales and marketing strategy has also played an important role in our record sales particularly of the Champions Towers series,' he added.

Memon Investments had undertaken a comprehensive marketing strategy earlier this year, which included participation in different events and road shows to showcase the excellent amenities of Champions Tower III.Trade Arabia News Service
