ETA Star to attend Cityscape India

UAE property developer ETA Star will showcase some of its leading projects at the Cityscape India 2007.

The event – scheduled to be held from November 19-21, 2007, at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai – will include the company’s impressive portfolio from both UAE and India.

“India is one of the fast developing economies in the world and every business entity has the country as a destination point. Recent policies adopted by the Indian government encourage property development in the country. The property boom is a result of the just stated. The ETA Technopark @ Chennai, being built on the outskirts of the capital city of Tamil Nadu, envisions the creation of an Information Technology Special Economic Zone. The campus is spread over 26.36 acres with a built-in area of about 4.16 million sq ft.  The design of the ETA Technopark is expected to change the skyline of Chennai – and also the concept of IT parks in the country.

“We plan to spread our wings to other Indian cities soon. We will soon announce projects in Hyderabad, Madurai and Coimbatore in South India. We also have plans for property developments in Mumbai and New Delhi,” said Junaid.
