Ajman to host R&R Local Property Show
Dubai, January 14, 2008
The R&R Local Property Show is set to move to the Northern Emirates for the first time in its five-year history.
The first exhibition outside Dubai is planned for February 8 and 9, 2008, in Ajman and will focus on the Northern Emirates’ real estate market.
“After staying on the sidelines of economic boom – in evidence in big brother cities of Dubai and Abu Dhabi - the Emirates in the north of the country seem to be emerging from the mists of obscurity to claim their share of glory and economic windfalls,” said marketing director, DSL Exhibitions, Tessa Morris.
She also announced the launch of a consumer opinion survey the company is launching which will be aimed at discovering UAE residents’ key thoughts that directly connect with residential opportunities being offered in this part of the country.
“We are now witnessing a definite sense of urgency amongst all partners involved in the development of Northern Emirates – government authorities, policy makers and developers,” said Morris.
“The Northern Emirates – Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah – become increasingly lucrative destinations for property investments and has the opportunity to invest in development and build a strong self sufficient economy. This will attract more visitors, at the same time residents will contribute towards sustaining such growth,” said training and development officer, Emirates Group, Debashis Bose.
“It has been an interesting to see the growth and interest in Ajman over the years, it really has a lot more to offer than most people realise. There are still good opportunities available as seen on our web site, but I do recommend quick action to avoid disappointment,” said managing director of Northern Emirates Property and founder of the website www.ajmanproperty.com, Roger Wilkinson, who has been involved with all the projects in Ajman for the last 10 years.
Platinum sponsor Chapal World will also be launching new projects at the show. They have long held the opinion that the Northern Emirates will witness huge growth over the next few years. They are already selling the Emerald City Project.
“The advantageous location of Emirates City on Main Emirates Road is the timely answer to the growing need of affordable mid segment housing requirements outside of Dubai. Reading this demand ahead of time, Chapal World introduced and continues to offer innovative property investment opportunities that are attractive to investors seeking healthy rental and investment returns in the Northern Emirates,” said executive director of Chapal World Ahmed Chapal. – TradeArabia News Service
