Win Gate wins Memon $1.3m MEP contract

Memon Investments has awarded an Dh4.8 million ($1.3 million) contract to Win Gate Electromechanical Services for the complete mechanical electrical plumbing (MEP) works within its maiden commercial venture ‘Cambridge Business Centre’.

Memon Investments is a leading Dubai-based property developer and part of  Memon Group of Companies.

A leading MEP contractor, Win Gate will provide top-quality materials and deliver complete electrical, plumbing, drainage, fire fighting and fire alarm works for the Dh80 million commercial tower, which is strategically located in Dubai Silicon Oasis.

The agreement with Win Gate follows the signing of contracts with other leading companies, including an Dh40.35 million contract with Cairo Contracting Company for the construction of Cambridge Business Centre, and a shoring and excavation contract with Stromek Emirates Foundation (SEF), a subsidiary of M`sharie.

Wing Gate will leverage its extensive expertise and resources to provide top-quality electro-mechanical support to the project, which also extends to include HVAC systems installation, building electrical works, generator installation, interior and exterior plumbing, fire protection systems installation and exterior lighting.
