Dubai Property Society (DPS), an association of professionals engaged in the real estate sector, hosted a one-day forum with focus on the emirate’s real estate consumer finance landscape.

Titled “Consumer Real Estate Finance in Dubai”, the panel discussion at The Address in Downtown Burj Dubai came as part of DPS’ special networking and awareness sessions.

Issues about finance in light of the current economic situation for both developers and investors, the regulations, and the ease and possibility of ensuring a fair deal for all stakeholders were addressed at the forum.

In addition, interest rates, documentation and official procedures were also examined by the experts. An interactive question and answer session that served as the concluding segment of the forum drew the active participation of DPS members and the media persons.
