Bahrain-based Sakana Holistic Housing Solutions, an Islamic mortgage provider, has announced that the group's Nasmah’ Freehold residential project was nearing completion and that the entire project would be ready for delivery by year end.

With work progressing at record speed, building block works and finishing works are expected to be completed by September.

The main structure of the 25-storey ‘Nasmah’ Freehold residential Tower is already completed. It is expected that two show apartments will be on display for customer viewing by the end of this month, a top official said.
  
So far, electrical wiring, plumbing, air-conditioning and water have been connected and interior painting is underway. The windows and doors are expected to be fixed before the end of the summer and the exterior painting of the building will be completed in September.

“Nasmah” – which means “a breath of fresh air” in Arabic – is an affordable freehold apartment tower consisting of 120, 2-bedroom apartments, each with a balcony and offering either city or seaside views.
