Nass receives new Case wheel loaders

Manama, August 26, 2012

Bahrain-based Nass Commercial, a trading and support arm of Nass Group, recently received delivery of two new units of Case wheel loaders that have been designed to offer extra safety on the jobsite.

“Whether it is a quarry or a construction jobsite, it is important to have excellent visibility from all corners of the vehicle and this is what the Case 1021F ensures,” said Bashar Nass, general manager of Nass Commercial.

“The Case F Series wheeled loaders offer better rear visibility than any competitor on the market and a panoramic view to the front and sides.

“For utmost safety in operations, the feature of a rear-view, wide-angle camera with an adjustable colour monitor reduces blind spots. This is very ideal in increasing operator confidence and productivity especially in jobs that require operating around other machines or workers. Though currently not available in Bahrain, this option is available on request,” he added.

The new Case 1021F wheel loaders have the flexibility of allowing the operator to fine-tune the engine and hydraulic output to a specific task. A rearview camera provides live feed to a color monitor in the cab, hence increasing visibility for the operator.

The redesigned bucket profiles can fill a 27 Ton dump truck in three passes, allowing faster fill and shorter cycle times.

Other features include enhanced cab comfort, new hydro-mechanical transmission, extended-reach options and ease of serviceability.

The 1021F is powered by Tier 4 interim-compliant engine and 296hp (221kW) which uses a hydro-mechanical transmission that combines the advantages of hydrostatic drive with the durability of a mechanical transmission. Hydrostatic pumps operate at lower speeds for quick response, with the mechanical portion of the transmission taking over most of the work at higher travel speeds.

“We’ve introduced these Case wheel loaders in Bahrain with new highly-efficient, high-horsepower engines and advanced emissions technology so machines will respond faster-thereby enabling fuel conservation. Operators will now be able boost their productivity with F-Series enhancements like joystick steering, selectable power modes and the rearview camera,” said Nass. – TradeArabia News Service
