Alargan, a major regional real estate developer, has appointed property consultant Cluttons as the sole leasing agent for its flagship Bahrain retail development, Alargan Village, Bu Quwah.

The Alargan Village is part of the Jeyoun project, which is a mixed-use development located in the up and coming suburb of Bu Quwah on the Sheikh Isa Bin Salman Highway in Bahrain.

Harry Goodson-Wickes, the head of Cluttons Bahrain, said: "The suburb of Bu Quwah is in need of a quality retail offering and this development will go some way to addressing that shortage. Combined with a wonderful landscaped park with unique design, the development forms a focal point for local residents and is sure to contribute to the area’s continued rising status amongst the Bahraini community."
