KAEC to hand over Red Sea luxury apartments

Saudi Arabia-based King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), one of the largest economic projects in the Middle East, is set to hand over all the residential units in its Marina Tower 2 luxury apartment building at the Bay La Sun district, one of the most prestigious communities on the coast of the Red Sea.

KAEC said the official handover to owners is expected to start next month.

Commenting on the move, Fahd Al-Rasheed, the managing director and CEO, said: "Residential properties in King Abdullah Economic City are selling out as we accelerate the developments of our mega projects. And we look forward to welcoming our new residents in Marina Tower 2 where they will enjoy all the benefits and pleasures of a coastal resort lifestyle."

"The completion of Marina Tower 2 is a continuation of our ongoing commitment to deliver total housing solutions across the KAEC built and finished to the highest quality standards, and supported by technologically advanced infrastructure along with world class medical, educational and leisure facilities," he added.

Charles Biele, the CEO of Residential Development in KAEC, pointed out that the residents will enjoy a unique lifestyle as the Marina Towers offers a magnificent view overlooking the Red Sea.

"In addition to a wide range of lifestyle amenities such as 24/7 security, concierge services and home maintenance services, central air conditioning, leisure areas, gym and pool, convenient underground parking, multipurpose halls and an outdoor play ground, residents will also benefit from its quality infrastructure," explained Biele.

Bay La Sun district includes the Marina Towers, Beach Towers, Bay View Business Park, Bay La Sun Hotel and the Marina canal with provisions for berthing yachts and pleasure crafts, public parks and landscaped green areas, it stated.
