UAE property portal set for revamp

DUBAI, February 18, 2015

UAE-based real estate portal propertyfinder.ae is set for a major revamp with several additional features including an all new real estate agents section that will enable customers to find the perfect representative.

Speaking at an event held at their newly-opened office in Dubai’s Media City, propertyfinder.ae CEO and founder Michael Lahyani underlined the company’s commitment to bringing ease and transparency to the experience of making a home in the UAE.

The company has a dedicated quality control department whose sole responsibility is to monitor and improve the quality of the listings on the website by tracking phone calls and providing advice, he stated.

“Our quality control team will continue to grow and we are coming out with bespoke technology solutions to make this work harder to make sure it has more of an impact,” said Lahyani.

According to him, the portal will soon launch an all new real estate agents section on its website that will enable customers to find the perfect representative to meet their needs, whether that be by the area they specialise in, or the language they speak.

At propertyfinder.ae the consumer experience is paramount in everything we do and this is reflected in the design, content and navigation of all our portals, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
