Falconcity of Wonders takes part in Cityscape Global

Falconcity of Wonders, a leading property developer in Dubai, attracted a high number of potential investors during the three-day Cityscape Global 2015 in the emirate.
 
During his tour, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai visited the developer’s stand during which Salem Almoosa, chairman and general manager, briefed him about the major progress in the more han 41 million-sq-ft FCW project, famous for its reproduction of the seven wonders of the world.
 
“FCW’s participation in this year’s edition of Cityscape Global in Dubai was highly successfully. We received an overwhelming number of visitors, most of whom were investors who expressed high interest in the design and layout of our mega-project,” said Almoosa.
 
“FCW, which is shaped like a falcon to symbolize the UAE’s heritage, offers attractive real estate investment opportunities to local, regional and global buyers. It features topnotch commercial and recreational facilities, tourism attractions with the Seven Wonders of the World, and internationally-themed villas that are inspired by different architectural designs from around the world,” he said.
 
The visitors had the chance to view FCW’s unique designs and features such as the medium pyramids called ‘Polaris’ and small pyramids called ‘Vega’ as well as  learned about the company’s promotional offerings, including the company’s ‘pay 10 per cent  and move in’ offer, said a statement.
 
A new community centre, which will be ready by the end of December and will feature a second branch of HyperPanda, a mosque, a nursery and a medical centre, a food court and shops will soon rise at FCW as well.
 
Falconcity of Wonders is a unique project both in terms of its components and magnitude. It hosts the Seven Wonders of the World, commercial centers, a signature theme park, family centers, sports facilities, and educational institutes, said the statement.
 
In addition, it boasts more than 5,500 residential units that vary in design, location and size to satisfy the needs and requirements of both investors and end users, it added. - TradeArabia News Service
