Dubai-based Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower) has urged real estate developers participating at Cityscape Global 2016, a top real estate event in Dubai, UAE, to put district cooling on top of their priority list.

The event is taking place at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre from September 6 to 8.

The company said that district cooling is the ideal chilling solution for real estate developments as it pays off to them and end-users as well as the economy and environment as a whole.

Empower’s call comes at a time the company is promoting the benefits of district cooling in conserving environmental resources, supporting the green buildings concept, enhancing cost efficiency in operations and maintenance as well as enhancing the quality of chilling services.
