Tasheelat unveils Grand Venice apartments

MANAMA, April 25, 2017

Bahrain’s Tasheelat Real Estate Services Company is showcasing its Grand Venice Luxury Apartments at the Gulf Property Show, which opened in Bahrain today.

Grand Venice Luxury Apartments are located on the main road at Amwaj Islands very close to the main entrance to the kingdom’s most luxurious island project, says Mohammed Al-Awami, projects officer, Tasheelat Real Estate Services Company.

The project has nine residential floors and two levels of carparks, besides a floor for recreation, he says adding that the apartments are available in one- and two-bedroom units with multiple options in terms of sizes, layouts and view. They offer an amazing view to a wide waterfront, he says.

“For the first time in Bahrain, the client will enjoy a secured and 100 per cent guaranteed net yield as soon as he buys his apartment in Grand Venice,” adds Al-Awami.

Tasheelat Real Estate, in addition to the management of the entire building and the client property, will pay the client income on a monthly basis for 24 months from the date of purchase. During the first two years the client will not pay any expenses including management fees, leasing fee, maintenance fee, electricity bills, water bills, municipality tax, internet bills, housekeeping charges and paid TV bills, he says.

Grand Venice is already complete and ready for sale, while the company’s Lands project at Muharraq has been 50 per cent sold, he says.

Encouraged by the market response, Tasheelat is starting construction on its latest project, The Lake, next month in the Alawadhi area and the project is expected to be completed in 24 months, he adds.

Tasheelat was established in 2002 and ever since its inception it has been able to gain a wide reach in the real estate market, offering services such as property management, brokerage and valuation services to customers.

The company is well known in the market for providing affordable land for individuals, developers and investors in different areas in the kingdom, thereby contributing to the housing needs of the locals.

The Gulf Property Show is open till April 27 at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre.– TradeArabia News Service
