Wasl unveils 48-storey luxury tower in Dubai

Leading UAE developer Wasl has announced the sales launch of One B Tower – a new luxury high-rise situated in a prime location overlooking the Dubai Water Canal in Business Bay.
A 48-storey tower, it features a mix of one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom apartments as well as two-, three- and four-bedroom duplexes in addition to a penthouse.
According to Wasl, the sale of residential units is set to take place from May 28 to 29.
Located strategically on Sheikh Zayed Road, One B Tower strikes a balance between luxurious modern living and nature’s beauty. It is due for completion in Q2 2028.
On the new project, Mohamed Al Bahar, Head of Business Management, Wasl, said: "The One B Tower is an incredible addition to Dubai’s portfolio of luxurious and iconic landmarks."
