Itec holds ECM course for staff

Amman-based Image Technologies (Itec), a leading provider of electronic document management, recently held ECM (enterprise content management) master certificate training programme for its employees.
The course, held in collaboration with AIIM, the association of information and image management, was conducted by Alex Visser MB IT, instructor for global education services EMEA, AIIM International.
The course covered various related topics including new and emerging best practices and technologies for managing information assets, enterprise strategies and technologies for managing content, technologies and solutions for DM, imaging, ERM, WCM, workflow, and collaboration, as well as integration techniques and migration.
'This training course came as part of Itec's long-term commitment towards the continued development of its qualified team,” said Itec's executive director, Mohamad Ameer Al-Dirini.
“The reinforcement of their skills in information management and imaging technologies is paramount to the continual success of Itec in the region,” he added.
