The diversified energy group is showcasing career opportunities in energy, IT and Financial services, leading to rewarding professional growth at the expo.

Saeed Abdullah Khoory, chief executive officer of Enoc, said the company is committed to the Emiratisation goals set by the UAE to nurture future business and professional leaders of high calibre and skill.

“Over the years, we have consistently focused not only on hiring talented youngsters for responsible positions in our organisation but also emphasized on their on-the-job training and development," Khoory noted.

"Through our participation at Careers UAE 2011, we are underscoring our commitment to identify and nurture young Nationals and enable them to become professional leaders of tomorrow," he added.

Accoring to him, Enoc has surpassed the government’s Emiratisation target with almost 90 per cent of its Emirati workforce in leadership roles.
