Saudi Health gears up to open Monday

Around 300 companies from 35 countries are set to take part in Saudi Health Exhibition & Conference 2014, the largest healthcare event in Saudi Arabia, which is opening on May 19 in Riyadh.

The event, which will unveil the latest market opportunities and updates in the country’s healthcare sector, runs till May 21 at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center.

Organised by Riyadh Exhibitions Company and Informa Life Sciences Exhibitions’ vision of ‘Exhibition with Education,’ Saudi Health has achieved a 30 per cent growth compared to the last edition.

Occupying over 7500 sq m of exhibition space, Saudi Health offers an important forum to boost communication and strategic partnerships between the public and private sectors in the Kingdom.

The event will also encourage the exchange of knowledge and expertise with the leading regional and international entities as well as draw foreign investments with an aim to effectively deal with the emerging challenges and make the best of the available opportunities to promote the Saudi healthcare sector.

The Saudi Health Exhibition and Conference 2014 will feature industry-related companies, regional and international healthcare service providers, agents, suppliers and distributors, in addition to 10,000 professionals who will be exploring the innovative healthcare products, technologies and services offered by various healthcare specialists and medical service providers.

The premier healthcare event will host 10 conferences accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).

The conferences will discuss important and currently relevant topics related to the local and regional healthcare sector, including nursing, hospital management, medical laboratories, biomedical engineering and cardiology, among others. – TradeArabia News Service
