Dynapac has launched three new reversible plates.

The LG160, LG300 and LG520 are ensure a high degree of compaction in confined areas of soil and stone materials and also for building foundations and backfill against supporting walls.

All three combine the latest engine technology with low exhaust emission and low noise at high working speed for a high compaction performance.

All models are equipped with a Hardox 400 steel material bottom plate and low vibration handles to ensure operators comfort.

The Dynapac LG160 and LG300 are available with either a powerful Hatz diesel or a Honda petrol engine, which both meeting and exceeding EPA and CARB emission values.

Two optional bottom plates, 330 mm or 450 mm wide, are available with the LG160. Optional 500 mm or 600 mm heavy duty plates are also available for the forward and reversible LG300 plate compactor.

The LG520 with a 700mm wide bottom plate features steerable radio remote controlled reversible plate to ensure easy operation and high surface capacity.

It is a lighter version of the proven Dynapac LH 800 compactor.

The LG160, LG300 and LG520 also provide stepless control of forward and reverse movement.

All three plates also feature a unique safety strap between the bottom and engine plates to ensure safety for the operator and longer life of the plate.

They also provide good traction and have no protruding parts. The units can be equipped with heavy duty covers or a protecting frame for optimum protection and vandal proof.

The new reversible plates have been designed to provide outstanding manoeuvrability in trenches and confined spaces making them eminently suited for compaction of backfill in pipes and cable trenches as well as road construction, repairs and maintenance work.

The smaller LG160 is also ideal for block paving, patch work and other applications which require a combination of high performance and capacity.Trade Arabia News Service
