Royal Vopak, the world's largest independent tank storage service provider, said that Eelco Hoekstra has commenced his activities as the new chairman of the executive board on January 1.

Hoekstra is supported by the current executive board members of Vopak: Jack de Kreij (vice-chairman and CFO) and Frits Eulderink (COO).

Vopak, which specializes in the storage and handling of bulk liquid chemicals, gasses and oil products, operates 80 terminals with a storage capacity of 28.7 million cu m in 31 countries. – TradeArabia News Service
