Samsung Electronics has announced the launch of the NX1, a high-performance, high quality camera.

The NX1 is capable of shooting 70 images at a high resolution of 28 megapixel (MP) at 15 frames per second (FPS), said a statement.

Equipped with Samsung’s NX AF System III, the camera is both fast and precise, it added.

The newly developed 28MP APS-C Sensor comes with back side illumination (BSI) technology, which gives the NX1 the ability to shoot with extremely high ISOs, creating natural-looking images with extreme detail, even in dark conditions.

This innovative feature exposes the camera’s sensor to more light than conventional camera models for higher quality images in low light settings.

The NX1 also features the Auto Shot Mode option through which the camera will automatically take a photograph at precisely the right moment by recognising high-speed motion (such as a baseball being struck by a bat) and calculating the speed in real time.
 
The new camera further features the Adaptive Noise Reduction technology which analyses details, colours and other elements, in order to capture highly sensitive images with less noise.  

The NX1 supports 4K and Ultra HD (UHD) video recording capabilities, it added. – TradeArabia News Service
