Batelco, Bahrain’s leading telecom services provider, is offering its mobile postpaid and prepaid customers unlimited calling time for on-net national calls, to mobiles and land lines, for BD4 ($10.60) per month.

The new offering comes as part of Batelco’s 30th anniversary celebrations.

To activate the service both postpaid and prepaid customers need to send the text ‘A4’ to 4554 and start enjoying more talk time for less money, a statement said.

For postpaid customers the service will automatically be renewed monthly, while for prepaid customers (SimSim) the service will be available for 30 days from the subscription date.

The offer is available for all Postpaid and Prepaid customers with the exception of those on Batelco FreeTime 20 and Super Zero packages; however these customers may transfer to a different package to benefit from the service, the statement said.

Batelco postpaid and prepaid customers who already have free minutes as part of their current packages can enjoy the bonus of off-net calls.

For example, customers who subscribe to Batelco Super 30 which features 3000 free minutes may use these free minutes for off-net calls, while simultaneously benefiting from unlimited on-net calls by adding the BD4 service.
