Batelco honours staff for innovative ideas

Batelco, the leading telecom service provider in Bahrain, hosted an event at its Hamala headquarters to honour its staff who contributed by suggesting new ways to enhance its products and services as part of the company's A'ara Scheme.

It has been in operation for more than 15 years and provides an opportunity to staff to give suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction and improve the company's policies and procedures.

Eleven Batelco workers were recognised on the occasion for their invaluable suggestions which were selected from among hundreds of ideas. The winners were presented with trophies and cash prizes.

"We regularly review suggestions put forward and present trophies and cash awards to the staff that contributed the ideas which are selected for implementation," said Bateclo general manager Suhaila Al Nowakhda.

Chief executive officer Rashid Abdulla attended the event and praised staff for their suggestions and contributions. – TradeArabia News Service
