Bahrain to host top PR summit in June

MANAMA, April 12, 2016

Bahrain is set to host public relations and communications experts from global corporations including Google, MasterCard, Nissan, STC, P&G and Cruises Lines International at an upcoming summit.
 
The third edition of the Global PR Summit Middle East will take place on June 1 and 2 at the Ritz Carlton Hotel & Spa in Manama.
 
Kosta Petrov, event director for the summit, said: “After the phenomenal success in Qatar and Oman, we are glad to be bringing the Global PR Summit to Bahrain. 
 
"The event will cover the latest trends and challenges in the regional communications world, including crisis communications, reputation management, visual PR and digital PR.”
 
The summit will kick off with a keynote on reputation management by Mary Jo Jacobi, a leading PR expert and former vice president - Communications at BP America, Royal Dutch Shell, HSBC and Lehman Brothers. 
 
The delegates attending the event will also be able to hear from experts on digital PR and crisis communications.
 
With top notch speakers and insightful interactive discussions, the summit will offer attendees the opportunity to get a deeper understanding of today’s ever changing PR trends and provide a natural support structure that will help stretch the PR knowledge beyond limits.
