Novotel Dubai hosts Hyderabadi food fest

Entre Nous and Novotel World Trade Centre are hosting a 'Hyderabadi Food Festival' from March 25 to April 8.

During the two-week extravaganza, guests will be able to experience the delicacies of the 400-year-old Hyderabadi culinary history. Within a traditional Hyderabadi atmosphere, guests will be able to experience a traditional Indian dance accompanied by the sounds of sitar music.

In line with the city's legacy, ethnicity and language, Hyderabadi food is a fusion of multiple ethnic strands blending the class and sophistication of the north with the sauces and spice of the south, said a statement.

Renowned Hyderabadi chef, Anil Dutt Chamoli, will be on hand to demonstrate his skills and expertise in Indian cuisine. He will be coming especially for this festival to offer his rich repertoire, catering for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian tastes, featuring several varieties of kababs, biryanis, curries, and dals.

For only Dh169, guests will be able to sample the full range of main dishesincluding dum ka ghost, tale hue jhinge, bade miyan ke kebeb (chicken), kache ghost ki biriyani. For those with a sweeter tooth, khubani ka meetha and, double kameetha will be on offer along with many more varieties.

A raffle will take place at the end of the festival, offering one lucky guest the opportunity to win an exclusive holiday trip to India including flights and accommodation in one of Accor properties.-TradeArabia News Service
