Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City has appointed Michele Lorusso as restaurant manager of its Certo Italian Restaurant.

Lorusso has worked in hotels in Italy, the United Kingdom and the US and joins the team from his latest post as restaurant manager in Southfield.

“With his 20 years of experience in the food & beverage industry, Michele will be a great addition to the Certo team. He will be implementing new dining concepts and also continue keeping the service standard on a high level,” said Pasquale Baiguera, general manager of Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City.-TradeArabia News Service
