Charles Russell appoints new partner in Gulf

Charles Russell Speechlys, a leading international law firm in the Gulf, has appointed Paula Boast as a new partner within its thriving construction practice.

Boast will build on the practice and offer expert advice across the sector, at a time where construction projects are gaining real momentum across the region, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.

Charles Russell Speechlys has a construction practice in Bahrain reflecting the significant growth of the sector.

Boast has considerable experience as a construction lawyer and has advised on a number of construction projects in Bahrain and across the Middle East.

She is the Bahrain country co-ordinator for the Society of Construction Law (Gulf) having previously sat on the SCL Council in the UK.

She is also currently the vice-chair of Bahrain British Business Forum.

"We are delighted to announce the appointment of Paula to our growing construction team especially at a time when the sector is experiencing such significant growth across the region," partner and head of real estate Middle East Simon Green said.
