'5 Promises' to Bahrain Nissan customers

Bahrain's Nissan distributor, Y K Almoayyed and Sons, has launched its 5 Promises of After-sales programme for its customers.

The programme underlines a number of different aspects that Nissan staff will focus on at the Nissan Service and Parts Centre.

The focus will be on convenience, comfort, punctuality, value and quality promises to enhance customer experience, said officials.

'The highest level of customer service across all Nissan service and parts centres is our continuing and never- ending objective,' said Y K Almoayyed and Sons general manager Declan McCluskey.

'Delivering the best customer service every time, all the time, ensures we have happy customers and they are most often the ones who become highly brand loyal.
