Citymax Hotels, a home-grown budget hotel chain in the UAE, has announced the development of a new property in Business Bay, Dubai.

Currently nearing design completion, the hotel is scheduled to open in 2017. It will incorporate new smart features.

It will have a dedicated meetings and business centre, specialty restaurants and retail outlets along with some of the popular existing Citymax Hotels restaurant concepts, roof-top pool, gym and Lavazza coffee shop.

Citymax Hotels currently boasts three hotels in prime locations in the UAE, including Al Barsha, Bur Dubai and Sharjah. -  TradeArabia News Service
