The Ajman Palace Hotel launches new vegetarian menu

The Ajman Palace Hotel, an upscale property in the UAE emirate, has launched new vegetarian dishes in its all-day-dining restaurant during lunch and dinner for those looking for more vegetarian options or a healthy meal.

Until the end of April, diners will have the option of choosing from a special set of vegetables, dressings and nuts. Guests also have the option to create salad on their own, choosing components from the Salad Bar.

Ferghal Purcell, general manager of The Ajman Palace Hotel, said that in recent years, there has been a growing trend towards vegetarianism among people due to increasing awareness of the food's health and nutritional value. Eating habits of people are changing with more and more people seeking vegetarian options. This was definitely visible among the hotel's guests too.
 
“Our hotel’s culinary team has introduced these options after realising our guests’ desire to eat healthier. The chefs have taken inspiration from global and regional cuisines and made inventive use of locally produced herbs and spices. The special menu for the month of April offers diners a chance to try out a vegetarian meal that can be as tasty and satisfying as one with meat. In addition, they can also use the Salad Bar to prepare their mix of salad,” he said. – TradeArabia News Service
