Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, a luxurious property in Dubai, UAE, has welcomed two senior executives to its team.

The hotel has welcomed one of the industry’s most experienced executives, Grant Ruddiman, as the property’s new general manager

Ruddiman, who brings more than 30 years of hospitality experience, has worked in numerous property, regional and corporate-based roles in the hospitality sector, including eight hotel openings, multiple refurbishments and several upgrades and business re-engineering projects.

“With Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates’ refurbishment work currently in its final phase, I am looking forward to finalising and re-launching of what will be one of the finest and most high-performing assets in the Kempinski portfolio,” said Ruddiman.

Ruddiman will be taking over from long-time Kempinski employee Konstantin Zeuke, who has moved on to another challenge within the region.

The property has also appointed Alexander Suski as its new director of sales and marketing.

Suski will be responsible for implementing the hotel’s sales and marketing strategy, and leading the dynamic sales professional to achieve the hotel’s business objectives and targets.

He first joined Kempinski in 2012 and has worked with several of the group’s Middle Eastern hotels, including the Kempinski hotels in Egypt, Kempinski Grand & Ixir Hotel Bahrain City Centre, and most recently, Kempinski Hotel Ajman.

“Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to gain experience in strong and robust markets, and equally challenging ones – both of which forced me to maintain a strong focus on brand strength, profit optimisation and maximising market share.
