Raffles The Palm Dubai has appointed a new Managing Director, who with a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success, will work to establish Raffles The Palm Dubai as a beacon of ultra luxury hospitality in the region.

Aaron Kaupp has a deep-seated passion for luxury hospitality, and has over 25 years of extensive experience.

Kaupp will be leading one of Dubai's most iconic properties, with the brand continuing its journey under the visionary leadership of CEO Omer Acar.

Kaupp said he is excited to contribute to Raffles' legacy of excellence and innovation with a commitment to fostering a culture of greatness, elevating standards, and strengthening community partnerships.

Prior to his joining Raffles The Palm Dubai, Kaupp served as General Manager of The Jumeirah Carlton Tower in London and as regional vice president for Jumeirah in the UK.

He also previously served as the General Manager of Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris, where his strategic initiatives resulted in significant accolades.
