UAE-based Ora Developers has signed up D-Marin as the marina consultant for its flagship coastal project - BAYN - in Ghantoot region strategically located between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Its work includes market analysis, feasibility studies and an assessment of UAE’s existing marina landscape.
ORA Developers today announced the appointment of United Engineering Construction [UNEC] as the main works contractor for Phase 1 of BAYN, a visionary coastal community within Ghantoot located between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
AtkinsRéalis, a world-class engineering and design consultancy, has been appointed by ORA Developers to deliver master planning, infrastructure and public realm design services for BAYN, ORA’s flagship waterfront community in Ghantoot, the emerging coastal address positioned within the Dubai–Abu Dhabi growth corridor.
ORA Developers has appointed six leading consultancy partners for Phase 1 of its flagship coastal destination - BAYN - taking shape in Ghantoot. Spanning 1.2km natural beachfront, it encompasses 9,000 residences, with 55% open spaces, built on a 15-minute walkable layout.
Mace Consult, a global construction business based in UK, has been appointed by ORA Developers to deliver Phase 1 of its new coastal destination, Bayn. Located in Ghantoot, Abu Dhabi, the 4.8-million-sq-m mixed-use development will feature a total of 9,000 residences as well as a host of lifestyle amenities.
