Leading Abu Dhabi developer Aldar has announced the launch of The Wilds Residences, a prime project featuring six mid-rise apartment buildings nestled within The Wilds, the company’s landmark nature-driven community in Dubai. It boasts 740 apartments with a mix of one- to three-bedroom units.
The Dubai real estate market recorded the highest single-day real estate transaction value in its history on January 26 of AED15.6 billion ($4.25 billion), data released by the Dubai Land Department said.
Saudi Arabia has announced the opening of new facilities at the King Salman Air Base in the Central Sector. These include 115 buildings ( technical, administrative, and residential) covering 126,000 sq m area along with runways, aircraft parking aprons, helicopter pads and hangars.
