MedLab Training Institute, a UAE-based medical education provider specialising in cadaveric and simulation-based surgical training, has launched its new surgical training facility at Dubai Science Park, the region’s leading science-focused ecosystem and part of TECOM Group.
UAE-based Empire Developments has signed up Sinyar Al Khaleej Contracting for its mid-rise residential complex, Empire Livings, in Dubai Science Park. Set for handover in Q2 2027, the project will deliver 202 residences as well as modern retail spaces.
