IndusInd International, Mauritius, the promoter of major Indian bank IndusInd, said it has completed the acquisition of 100% equity in Sterling Bank, Bahamas, through its key subsidiary IIHL (Capital), Mauritius. The company had in 2022 bought a 51% stake in the West Indies lender.
