First Avenue Real Estate Development has appointed global real estate expert JLL as the exclusive leasing agent for its prime project, Capital Avenue, in Riyadh. Set for Q1 completion, the 13-storey tower boasts 16,515 sq m office area, an outdoor cinema and over 2,000 sq m landscaped gardens.
