Key Mavens, a Dubai-based boutique luxury developer, has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Lulu Retail to operate the primary commercial retail space at its prime community destination Le Meryeme - Liwan. Under this deal, LuLu Hypermarket will open as a core anchor tenant.
Key Mavens Group, a UAE-based boutique luxury developer, said work is in full swing on its community retail destination, Le Meryeme - Liwan, in Dubai with the project on track for Q4 completion. It features a Spanish-inspired architectural design defined by open layouts, outdoor courtyards and shaded terraces.
