Saudi Arabia's National Center for Privatization & PPP (NCP) and Ashraq Development Company, a key unit of the kingdom's Eastern Province Municipality, has kicked off the Request for Qualification (RFQ) phase for the King Fahd Suburb Boulevard Project in the Eastern Province.
